These are $50 active noise-cancelling wireless over-ear headphones that are exponentially better than their price. If it were more expensive I probably wouldn't risk buying a pair of Sony headphones, but this price makes it easy for me to make a decision. The bass isn't overly punchy, the sound is a bit punchy but not overbearing, and for the price it's certainly not worth whining. There's a slight hiss when ANC is on and there's no sound, but that's quite normal in my experience. Build quality has yet to be determined but it will be more or less for my office so I'm not too worried. I haven't bothered with the quality on work calls, but I know that many of the issues aren't related to the headphones, but rather to Windows recognizing the headset and not the headphones.
