A bit loose, but otherwise fine!
These petticoats give a nice poof! Though I probably wouldn't recommend them if you're wearing high-waisted skirts/dresses. The elastic is pretty loose and slides down easily, (for reference, I am considered a size medium) I had to fold it and secure it in between other items of clothing to make sure that it wouldn't slide down.If you need something more stretchy, then feel free to disregard this review!
