Seems to work! good for foot, hand and nail care

I used foot pads for the first time last night and slept very restfully. I also had vivid dreams, but I didn't wake up as usual during the night. I will have to use trial and error regarding shim placement. I put them on with long legs and it seems like all the lining doesn't fit the curve of my foot. The instructions are a little difficult to read, but I got the concept.
