I really wanted it to be a "purse"! It was a big expense for me, and I'm very glad I finally bought a "purse"! My pics don't show the shoulder strap as I like the top handle (and those top handles are removable). Although sizes are listed, I have a hard time visualizing sizes and need a reference point for comparison, so Dr. Pepper's diet for size comparison. My pictures are a bit dark, my skin tone is even! I bought a matching wallet and I really like the color of the leather and the patina which matches the wallet perfectly. The bag is beautifully finished and looks like it. The leather is thick, the wallet sits upright, the hardware is aged bronze, the accent hardware includes the same aged bronze, and the rose and gold are very muted. It was also nicely packaged. All devices were individually packed in styrofoam. A storage bag was also included. This is a beautiful handbag and I am delighted with my purchase!
