I have one of these and while overall it's good there is one very important design flaw. The Pan knob is difficult to reach and hard to unlock once you've locked it. When shooting live, you often need to lock your head. When trying to unlock it to pan again, the position of the knob makes it very difficult and requires a lot of effort, often resulting in stuttering shots. The handle's shape also makes it difficult to apply the correct torque when tightening or loosening, which is made worse by its awkward placement. Based on that I wouldn't say it's a great fluid head. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a 6 or 7.
