The power cord is poorly made; Data cable works

White power cable sheath (holds 4 pins) that doesn't fit well. All four connecting pins were very loose, impossible to make a good connection. Finally we cut off the white case and connect these 4 pins directly to the power supply. We sealed the entire connection with tape to secure the connector. Data cable works as advertised.
