I literally have no complaints. The packaging was strong and professional, easy to open and none of the parts (especially the fragile bulbs!) were damaged on arrival. It was incredibly easy to put together (there are instructions, it's literally two steps) and the included dimmer is very impressive too. My husband was skeptical that we could turn it on at night to go to bed, but when I turned it off he was very happy and we were able to fall asleep with no problems. We even felt that we slept more peacefully because of the lamp! In addition to the excellent functionality, it simply looks beautiful. This is a great flower shape, not too big and not too small. I will be ordering a second one for another room and possibly a third one as a present for my mum! I highly recommend this lamp! It should also be noted that I ordered another salt lamp from another seller (salt lamp bowl with crystal pieces by Neslinks - beware buyers!) which was a total disappointment as the bulb was completely broken and unusable in its packaging. which makes my impression of this lamp even better. And this one comes with TWO bulbs, which is great because you already have a spare on hand. I honestly can't imagine anyone being dissatisfied with this product.
