UPDATE: The seller was PHENOMENAL! They decided to send me a replacement. I received my replacement and this time I had no problems! The product works GREAT! I still hope the instructions get better for future buyers, but the product itself is AWESOME! When assembled correctly lol ***************** I was REALLY excited to get this product. I downloaded it and checked all parts. I didn't jump right away! And I'm someone who LOVES instructions. I don't know if that's the standard but my instructions were just a few pictures, very short words. Or maybe it's just me. Maybe I'm a little slow. But when I started installing the product, I had all sorts of problems. Okay, first I couldn't figure out how to move the loops. I thought it was broken because they didn't move up and down and didn't slide out. THERE'S A BUTTON! Had no idea! I'm pretty sure I broke both handles because now when I drive the hinges fall off as if the weight of the phone was too much 🤦🏾‍♀️Then the adhesive/suction cup part was gone. The first time I put it on, I put it back! This began a long series of lifts and sucks. Until I found out.
