Had chronic back problems for years. I'm only 27. I'm very active and in shape. I also wore this while sleeping for most of the 2 days because then my back sagged. I haven't worn it since and my back feels a lot better. I still plan on doing small back exercises to help with strengthening and preventative maintenance. I have a heating pad so the heating function didn't make sense. The portion of ice cream was nice, you can really press the cold against your back. I wish they were a size smaller because it can't be any tighter and that would make a difference as I'm 150.5'9 with a 28 waist.
