Review on The Art of Shaving Lavender Shaving Cream for Men - Ideal Beard Care and Gifting, Shields Against Irritation and Razor Burn, Proven Gentle for Sensitive Skin, 5 Ounce by Christine Williams

I love this particular product and have been buying it from our local downtown Art Of Shaving store for years but sadly they have closed their doors. I finally ran out of my last container and bought it here at Revain. The packaging looked good, but there was a huge hole in the middle of the bottom of this container! I estimate that at least an ounce and a half is missing. The main thing here is that the product on top wasn't as smooth as it should be, so it's clear that this product has been tampered with. It also looks like they tried to cover it up by flogging it. Not cool and not hygienic! I hope this is a case where you mistakenly sent a used product and sold it as new. I will update if or if seller responds to resolve this issue.
