The reviews for this shaving cream are amazing and I agree. I use a Gillette heated razor, but any good razor and hot water will do. It's very creamy, so a LITTLE on a well-heated badger hair shaving brush makes a great combination. The glass should shave every other day for 5-6 months. This shaving cream is better than Porasso because its creamy texture lathers up nicely. No more need to put shaving cream on the brush while shaving. Good product.

Today I finished the whole jar, it foams normally, it is applied both by hand and by pressing. It doesn't smell great, even smells faintly of alcohol, I get cuts and razor burn with this product which I don't get with others and it dries my skin very dry. I don't normally use aftershave, but with this product I always have to. There are better products for less money, I will not buy again.

Worth a penny! My first bath lasted about 1 year assuming I shave every other day. You do NOT need much when using a boar hairbrush, that's the key. I just dip my medium bristles in MAYBE 1/4 inch and it's still too much. I get a nice thick foam. This shaving cream helps me a lot. One note: make sure your top is closed tightly.
