
I like that the app has many features, including appointment reminders and texting reminder for medications such as my insulin pump refill schedule! It's easy to use when you have trouble using other apps due to vision impairment or brain injury issues. The customer service can be challenging at times but it may just depend upon your specific issue/communication with them. When making an account set up make sure they ask if there are any health conditions in addition to medical assistance. We need more ways of communicating so we do not forget about appointments or meds refills (such as text messaging). If you have difficulty getting something done through email this would really come in handy which allows us to access our data online without having to physically go into their office to get info from records etc.
