I live in the USA and ride my Honda. (Mainly because it's the cheapest that looks decent) It's not in mph (you already know that by reading the description, unlike some of the other reviewers who think EVERYTHING is made for US consumers is. Anyway, a friend took it for a run and had no idea how fast it went. Would recommend it if you A: live outside the US or B: know the liberty units conversion metric. Great for the money .
