Since I can buy a dozen of these for the same price as a replacement strap from the first manufacturer, I'm willing to give up a lot. They're inexpensive and they do the job. But I have a few small issues: 1) the paint started peeling off the metal buckle after only a few weeks and it's accelerating, and 2) I've peeled the tape off once or twice because it's not quite original - allows connections, where the bracelet meets itself Fitbit. I'm not afraid it'll just spontaneously fall off throughout the day, but if it snags on something or a good slap, it can confuse him.
