My gums are receding and my dentist warned me to use soft bristles and brush gently but I have NEVER found a soft enough toothbrush before ordering this packaging on a whim and now I will never go back to any other toothbrush! They are truly amazing for those of us who have sensitive teeth or like me need to be gentle with our recessed gums. my dentist remarked how great my teeth looked at the next cleaning and my recession stopped being measured when i started! they also seem to whiten my teeth with regular use - I drink Pepsi while on a diet, drink coffee and smoke cigarettes so it wasn't night and day difference but I think if you don't consume all those horrible things that these toothbrushes most likely do you become whiter! I've ordered them at least 3 times and plan to order again right after completing this review as they were out of stock when I last had to replace my toothbrush and ended up trying 2 packs from the store - they claimed they were are very soft but compared to these they were so hard i hate them! will use them forever if they keep making them! So worth the money!
