Working from home, having a docking station that is compatible with both my work laptop and my personal laptop was extremely important. Also, the ability to work with both Windows and Mac OS was an important factor in my requirements. With this docking station I was able to successfully start both laptops (not at the same time). It is connected to 2x 22" Dell monitors and uses the laptop as an additional third screen, a wired keyboard and mouse and 2x external desktop hard drives. He met and exceeded all of my expectations. If I ever had to buy one again I would have this one without hesitation.
