The support team are so friendly, they always answer back with clear explanations of how something works or doesn't work as expected! I have no complaints about this service at all honestly - it's great having someone who can help you out when things aren;t working in your favour (which happens more than we'd like!). We've had some fantastic results using their services for our campaigns but nothing that has been too negative unfortunately!! Make sure there isn’s anything missing from what would be considered standard packages offered by other providers if choosing another provider instead though :).
