I like that this is such an organized system of keeping track of all aspects related business, from advertising/marketing down to accounting. It has so many options for creating different reports depending on your needs! We have been able to do everything in one place, and have made our office manager much less time-consuming which helps us keep a professional work environment. There really hasn't anything I dislike about this program yet as it seems to be very thorough. So far we've had little issues with using or updating the system; however, they are coming up now because there will be changes soon. Using this program allows my staff at my dental practice to keep everyone informed quickly by sending out emails when something happens regarding certain products, appointments or services provided. By doing so, no matter where any member of staff might be within the facility, they can access It is the best software ever. It helps you to find franchisees and deal with your customers. I have to say that sometimes it takes time to update. It's a great software for any size business. I would recommend it to everyone.
