This is the pair I bought to work with my laptop as the first pair, red and black, made crackling noises and had trouble connecting to the laptop. This black couple had no problems and were fantastic for the first few days. Today everything has changed. The power button just stopped working. I can't turn my headphones back on. Nothing I do seems to work. I have already contacted the banker about the issues I was having with the red pair and just emailed him to let him know about the new issue I am having with this black pair, but I think I could simply carry out the exchange via Amazon. I love this headset and want it to work, but I strongly suspect that two headsets in a row will give me problems.
