Review on KITACO Super Throttle Pipe for GROM, PCX125/150 (JF56/KF18) - 901-1432900 by Derrick Bellando

Got exactly what I expected, it fits my 2019 Honda CB300R perfectly although it stands for Grom but you will need to adjust the sag as the free play is too big. I was able to install without adjusting the throttle base, maybe my throttle cable was loose or that's why. Also, the distance between the two stays is slightly further apart compared to the OEM, requiring a bit more sag adjustment.
