These wheels are meant to fit 1-1/2 to 1-13/20 pipe (whatever that is) but the compression washers that go beyond the top of the Rubber doesn't fit in a 1-1/2 ID foot, and it doesn't matter, but there were no washers on either wheel. To compress the rubber after inserting it into the leg, a special thin wrench is needed, but it is not supplied and is not mentioned in the instructions. Wait, there are no instructions. Even after tightening as much as possible, there is about 1/4 inch clearance between the wheel and the stem. What junk. More and more of the things I buy from Revain are unsuitable damaged pieces of Chinese junk. I have to return about half of what I buy.
