Form factor is good. cleans well dishes, pots, pans, countertops, the sink itself. and the bristles are stiff/hard but not scratchy. Unfortunately, the design of the soap dispenser part of this soap dispenser has flaws. In short, the soap is no longer issued. No pressure on the top "button" will cause the soap to splatter. At first I thought maybe the top button was pierced. or the soap I used was too thin, too thick, or too thin. but none of that. has something to do with design. The only way to get the dispenser to start dispensing again is to unscrew the cap just enough to break the seal, screw it back in and you have another syringe. then unscrew the cap again, screw it back on, get another syringe. you have the idea Engineers must solve this problem, then it will be perfect.
