Almost a year since I bought it and still working. I didn't notice any differences to the original, neither in the loading time nor in the strength. Fits and works perfectly with my Flash&Go device. *Last Update: Three years later, it's still working great. The only disappointment was that the plastic frame around the lamp started to melt a bit. I suspect this is what happened when I moved the device across the skin and flashed instead of picking it up and pressing again, as the constant movement gets the air that sits underneath the device (above the skin) very hot .
