Not the same as the old version (same sturdy and well made but ok)
Not as strong or good quality as the old Goody rollers but better than some on the market. The plastic clips will hold the hair if you put more than a little on the curlers and you will have to slide the clips back and try again. Very comfortable and they make a nice cold wave or curl almost dry hair that holds up pretty well to my fine medium length hair in a relatively short amount of time. Suitable for messy curls or waves.
