Admittedly the ingredients are sketchy (beef offal, soy, HFCS, etc.) but my dog loves it. We only used it as an occasional treat. Then our dog was diagnosed with terminal cancer so we figured he could eat whatever he wanted because at best he only had a few months left. Well, she just wants to eat this food! She likes it very much. She wrinkled her nose at the hamburger but enjoys eating this food. So I think it gets 5 stars! I probably wouldn't feed it to a healthy dog every day.
