Tiny and weak
These things looked like little toys. so much so I'm almost afraid to touch them! Will not expand to the advertised 23", maybe 15". Just a little more and they will definitely pop! The wire is incredibly thin. But they are cute. but not cute for $8! Really worth about a dollar each.
