I usually wear M/L and took the advice to go up a size, so I also ordered XL. He is so small and his arms are very tight (usually the letter M is up all the time). It just looks like an odd-fitting men's shirt, not a cute dress. I'm incredibly disappointed because I ordered these to take pictures with my kids for Christmas and they arrived late and they don't fit.
