I've been using Proactive for a while, I can say the product is good at first, you can feel the difference and it works well, I have moderate to mild acne. mostly big pimples that stay at least 3 days, not very bad pimples, bad, still uncomfortable, i tried it actively and it helped me a lot, but i noticed that maybe the bacteria are resisting the treatment because i used to for so long and still i get these pimples. I can say that it works, but the skin does not become smooth and there is no acne at all. cleans fine. therefore I give 3 stars
