I bought this laptop as a personal laptop for light use (video calls, video streaming, Microsoft bundle) to replace my old HP with similar specs that was mysteriously cracked Screen in just about had several months after purchase. Compared to my old laptop, this one was much slower. First it came in S mode, which wasn't announced on the list. Then after I turned off S mode, the computer froze and tried to stream videos and take a video call. This happened a few times and I realized that the computer most likely wouldn't be up to the task of scaling and other tasks that I need to do frequently. I returned it and got a more expensive Dell with much better specs. I wouldn't recommend this except for the simplest/lightest use. Don't worry if you need to do any kind of multitasking. Laptop performance aside, it was sleek and good looking.
