Black is black. But when you use it to fix your furniture or your favorite coat, just know there's a difference. If your furniture or coat is made of shinier leather, it doesn't look quite right. This is a flat/satin/matte type of black. At least the ones I bought. When the room dawns, everything is fine. But in good light, not only can you tell it's matte, you can see the "ribbing" in it, like you see with any screw tape/painter's tape. Depending on the object and surface smoothness, the adhesive strength can be good to normal.
