Great product! It's the best around! The battery life is amazing and you don't have to keep it on all the time, it automatically goes to sleep mode when your dogs are sleeping/not moving and wakes up immediately when they move. Bluetooth starts up quickly when I want to use my phone as a remote control. I like being able to use my voice to say softly or not, or whatever I want. You can also use vibration, sound or shock or any of the mixes and set it to say no first on the first bark and then vibrate on the third bark or whatever. Reduced barking. My first collar fell asleep and never woke up again and I had to push the button on it to wake it up. I only managed to find a way to contact the company via the downloaded app and they didn't even reply so hopefully I never need assistance. I sent it back to Amazon and ordered a new one and this one works perfectly, I still had to give it 5 stars!
