Bad First, DELAY, Good Second.

The one sent by Revain didn't work and the paper packaging looked open on one side. They immediately called A-Tech and said they would send a replacement immediately. However, for some reason it took quite a long time for a working replacement to be delivered. No additional costs, simply return with the label attached. Overall a responsive company that stands behind their product at a good price. Too bad it took so long to figure that out.
