The band is excellent. It works just as well as the more expensive tape. I usually use it for the plantar fascia and the roll format allows me to cut what I need. It can take a little longer to cut than pre-cut strips, but if you use it as often as I do, pre-cut strips are not affordable. I can also cut and separate it to glue the lower leg and shoulder. Depending on what I've made and where I've placed it, this tape will last a few days - even in the rain. A great band that outperforms the competition.
