Doesn't stay under clothes

Kinesio tape has helped my husband and knee a lot. I chose this large reel only to be disappointed with the quality. When you first put it on, it works great for about 5-10 minutes, then it starts to curl and peel and your left foot becomes uneven causing even more pain. I don't know if you don't intend to wear this under your clothes or just on exposed skin. Wearing a mini skirt is not an option for me (or my husband) to successfully use this product. Very disappointed.

Works great at a great price!

The band is excellent. It works just as well as the more expensive tape. I usually use it for the plantar fascia and the roll format allows me to cut what I need. It can take a little longer to cut than pre-cut strips, but if you use it as often as I do, pre-cut strips are not affordable. I can also cut and separate it to glue the lower leg and shoulder. Depending on what I've made and where I've placed it, this tape will last a few days - even in the rain. A great band that outperforms the…

Lightest on skin

I use about two large rollers each year to stabilize subluxations and reduced joints caused by hEDS. It sticks and does its job but not too hard on my skin. If you plan to do a lot of wet hands work, buy super sticky sports kinesiology tape for that purpose. But for everyday use in other places, this is what you need. I've been using Kinesio/Kinesio Tape since 2000 so I know what I'm talking about. I've tried many brands over the past twenty years and this one comes closest to the original…

This band is affordable and works great.

This tape is affordable and works great. Apply to dry, clean skin (shave off hair for better grip and subsequent pain relief). I mainly use this on my leg and above my knees. The trick for good and lasting adhesion: friction and heat with some stretching. Once you've taped the area you want to stick it to, vigorously rub all of the tape up and down until your fingers (and therefore the tape) are warm. The heat activates the adhesive better and creates a strong connection. I can usually wear a…

Great tape!: Medical supplies and equipment

update date after using this big roll of KT tape I'm disappointed! The smaller buns I tried stayed for a few days. This big roll, I'm lucky if it lasts 5 minutes the ends don't stay down, I have to put some first aid tape on it to wear it for a day. I will not buy this again! Use it for ankle support, swelling and pain. These tensions really helped! Also used on lower back (muscle, nerve pain due to 2 disc injuries) was impressed with the pain relief). "They" say there is no evidence that this…

Like rock tape? for medical supplies and equipment

This tape is great. I have experience with two other brands: 1. Rocktape: As the name suggests, this thing is cool. But it is expensive.2. KT Tape: I tried it because it was cheaper than Rocktape. It was cheaper for some reason. There was no way I could get it to stick to me. I mean, from the moment I made the tape. This stuff was awful. So I chose Rocktape and Rocktape stuck to me. After reading the reviews for this product I thought I might give it a try. It was cheap enough. Here's what I'm…

Not the best quality among kinesiology recovery tapes

My physical therapist recommended/directed my physical therapist to use K-Tape (KG Physio K-Tape brand) for a knee injury with positive results and has been since I have used it so much that I thought I would buy it in bulk. Big mistake in this choice for which I have some responsibility as I was trying to save some money. Had to spend the extra money on another brand because this stuff is NOT the same quality AT ALL. The photo is a little hard to see but the tape is very thin and you can see…

Very weak. Not worth the small saving.

Very weak material. Compared to the Strengthtape brand, this material is quite an expensive ace bandage. The tape is weak, the glue is even weaker. I paid $30 for this and $36 for the Durable Tape. Extremely disappointed. It's a bad "copycat", it's not the same. Compared to StrengthTape, Therapists Choice sucks. K Tape is probably the best known, but StrengthTape is better than K Tape and exponentially better than Therapist's Choice in every way. If you need a more detailed report. thinner than

Great quality rock tape but a lot cheaper

I have used three other brands of kinesiology tape with success. I ordered this reel based on the reviews here. I am more than happy. I had my ankle and knee bandaged for tennis as soon as my pitch arrived. The joint support for tennis is excellent. Ankle tape has held up well to tennis and four showers; the knee bandage is still on and works five days later. This is very similar to Rocktape Kinesiotape for athletes. It's stickier, lighter, and more resilient than Gold Wave Bulk 2" W x 103.3' L
