Not what I expected

When I looked at the picture I thought the ruffles would be from top to bottom of the comforter. It is not and it is not mentioned in the description. The ruffles are actually only in the lower quarter of the duvet. The rest is smooth. The smooth area has 3 random stitches on the top half of the quilt. They don't do anything to the comforter except make it look dirty and difficult to iron. (see second photo) The material is very thin and flimsy throughout the set. I had to stuff a large pillow to keep it upright.
