I've had this wine opener for about a month now. It works great and is very easy to use. I have arthritis in my hands and it's so easy on my hands. The foil cutter works great and doubles as a corkscrew holder. After the first charge, I haven't had to connect to the grid to charge. i love blue light The only negative I can say is that they didn't write the name of the product on it, which is a negative for the company, not for me.
