It hurts, so I took off
The first night was uncomfortable, but I fell asleep, but around midnight I woke up in pain from the corset and took it off. The second night I pulled a sock underneath to soften the corset. It was uncomfortable but I fell asleep... But I woke up in pain from the pressure of the corset and took it off at midnight. I haven't used it since, it's bulky. If you haven't tightened the Velcro, your foot will simply relax and return to its normal position. When the Velcro is tight, it hurts.
