In less than 3 weeks the velcro that was holding him started to come loose in the middle of the night. There was plenty of material to wrap the foot as I have small feet but not enough material to wrap the calf and hold it in place.

I had high hopes for this as I was just diagnosed with heel spurs. However, the part of the device that wraps around the ankle is too small. I managed to get it to hang once, but the device didn't stretch or pull on my leg as advertised. I hope my doctor has something that works. i will send it back

It was useful, but not as useful as she put it in. The straps couldn't be pulled tight enough to feel the difference. I think the ball and the healing bands were more helpful than the whole brace. I will say that I think I noticed a slight difference after about a week of using the product. I wouldn't buy it again, but I see how some people can really benefit from it.

The ball is so slippery it's almost impossible to straighten your leg with it, so unless you want to chase the ball I don't recommend it. The brace bites my ankle, my ankle and feet are fine, no ankles. Elastic inserts seem to be fine, but I can't recommend anything else. almost broke my ankle trying to roll a ball under my foot as my physical therapist showed me.

Read the instructions several times before you begin. I was a bit confused about how this works, but it made sense in the end because there are extra parts you can use if you need them. The little green pieces slip on like a sock and provide extra soft arch support and can be worn whenever you need it. The big boot has different adjustments to give you the right amount of stretch and support. It is comfortable to wear while sleeping as it keeps the foot in the correct curve for pain relief.
