Free standing with the ability to fold and fold away when not needed. Has straps for carrying. A cheap alternative to a nice laundry basket. Assembles in a snap by simply adding fiberglass telescopic poles to the corners on each side. The Velcro keeps the stem in place. I could see this handy thing being used to store toys or towels around the pool. Store stuffed animals and toys in the children's room. Pretty smart. Not sure how long it will last but for the price it's worth a try. The blue stripe is pretty.
