I was very disappointed with Kenny and Atomic's customer service. As a company owner, he can help his customers when a mistake has been made. A mistake was made and the wrong size bolts were sent (they were too short and didn't work with some of the grips I bought). When I asked to exchange them for the correct size without the new shipping cost, he simply said to buy the necessary screws at the local hardware store. After chatting several times, I bought grips and gear. I specifically called and spoke to him as I am not an expert in rock wall climbing or rock wall building. I spoke to him in advance and asked a lot of questions to order the right items to avoid this situation happening. He doesn't explain very clearly what is needed. Our conversations were aimed at avoiding the possibility of receiving the wrong product and sending it back. You'd think that if a customer were to spend a few hundred dollars to keep Atomik, they'd want to fix it for just a few bucks. Especially when we communicated several times how to get the right order. Not the best customer service.
