Review on Build Your Strength With FLYBIRD'S Heavy-Duty Weight Bench - 1100LBS Capacity! by Marcel Robinson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Super sturdy bench that I don't have to worry about breaking under my weight, plus barbells.

I see these pop-ups for alternate places and outlets for items on the product page. One came up this time showing this for 130 bucks on Ebay. However, it followed the link and although the same brand it was definitely, an inferior weaker different bench. This one is obviously much more robust, and will support even big guys and big weights for bench press. I have a separate stand for squats and standing press lifts, it has two levels and so I can combine it with this for doing a bench press workout. It's even better than some I've had in the past as the stand is movable so I can put it in the best lifting position relative to the bench. Bench easily adjusts the back and seat position, for working with dumb bell weights, or different kind of leg, torso and back exercises. The padding is right for me as I don't like it too soft, or my back complains. The covering in nice and doesn't look like it will split or tear easy. I could ask for a leg lift attachment, and it may be adaptable like some others by this brand, but that would be an extra, and it may not be needed. This seems equal to most you'd find at your health club weight room, so it should support doing lifts or just doing gymnastic strengthening with straps and smaller weights. Recommended.

Pros
  • A perfect choice for beginners as well as seasoned fitness enthusiasts
Cons
  • The bench may not be suitable for people who are looking for a machine that is compatible with smart home systems
