Clear. It's made in China and you get what you pay for. I like his looks. But I know what will happen in a few months. It will start falling apart. There's just no quality. It seems worth spending a little more for better coverage. Check out TA, Petro, Love's, Flying j and/or Pilot. Know what you are buying. Put your hands on it. PS: 19 inches is too big for this company. Take an 18"-18.5" and work it, lubricating the elbow a little. Hope that helps.
