Don't buy this - my new review
After a few months, holes have formed and they are not even worn every day. Low quality. They don't wear well where the upper meets the sole. Boots should last at least all winter.

- They were a bit big for my 16 month old but he walked in them well and they kept his feet dry and warm.
Cons
- I received 2 different shoe sizes. Size 6 and size 7. Cannot be returned as they were an out of state gift.
