**Updated July 13. a problem with the email ticket system. Wow! They supported their product and offered to replace defective components. I'm so grateful I asked for a replacement instead of buying another brand. I was very impressed with how their support team handled the issue! We're replacing the luggage net and the kids are thrilled that this option is back! **Our kids love this product! Unfortunately, the luggage net broke two days after installation. I tried contacting Hyponix directly (via the support email and contact form on their website) to see if they could replace the cargo net rather than return it entirely. But it's been 2 weeks and still no reply. Not what I expect from a company nor for this amount of money for a product. Everything else with the product works great. What a bummer to bring it back.
