Used on concrete basement steps
I used non-slip traction tape with glow-in-the-dark stripes on concrete steps near the Bilco door. The tape stuck to the steps with no problems. I had painted the steps a few days earlier, that may have helped with adhesion. I also used a stamp roller and pressed it firmly to apply. It was cloudy late afternoon outside, Soubi was surprised when I closed Bilko's doors and saw the glowing steps. It definitely makes it easier to find your way down. I will update this review if anything changes.
