Its velvety soft and high quality fabric feel. It's not flimsy

. smooth to the touch. The elastic and fabric are very well made, you can see and feel the quality. Velvety. The cushions on my chairs aren't as big as many others, but this product allows me to tuck the bottom up a bit to make it look appropriate. I would highly recommend this product and I would buy more colors to change with the season.
