Arrived dirty with bad threads
To be honest if I could I would give this bag zero stars. The only reason it has 1 star is because the size and shape are actually perfect and cute. The bag arrived very dirty with sticky residue, black hair and threads protruding from the seams. Was so happy to use this bag for a BTS concert but shouldn't use it if it can't be cleaned and arrived dirty.
