So far, so good. Using as a 4K monitor dock
I have a 2018 MacBook Pro that uses the StarTech Dock. I connect this cable from the dock to the monitor and it works very well. 4k @ 60hz works without problems. The cable appears to be well built and only time will tell its durability but for now I'm very happy with it.
