Remember American women are plus size, 18 xx is 20, but in China their plus size is 10 US size 🙄 Fits snugly on the back, the straps are stretchy, but the most important thing is that the strap fits around the waist should go. I got it for hip support because when I wake up and stand up I hear a cracking sound in my hips which means my ligaments are weak. I didn't get it because of the pain. Relief in every way.
