If you're wondering if this really helps with pelvic pain, I can say it's a miracle. Now I can do manual work again after almost 10 years of being able to do almost nothing.

This might be great for a very skinny person, but if you have thick thighs or fat on your thighs or stomach, this thing is going to be a nightmare. It will constantly rub and irritate your stomach as well as roll down.

I can't believe this is a great belt for the money. I have several expensive straps that keep turning up or down, but this one doesn't. Easy to put on and take off and you can tighten/loosen the strap with the "double" strap. I will buy another.

This is a very well made belt. It's 40" long and fits perfectly on a 34" waist when worn 3" below the belly button.
